Tuition or a completed Tuition Payment Agreement is due before your first class session each. When completing a Tuition Payment Agreement, students select one of the following five options for paying tuition.
- Cash, check, or money order
- Credit card (Only available through Beeline), E-Check
- Installment plan
- Corporate reimbursement
- Financial aid deferment
REFUND POLICY
According to the Federal guidelines, the refund schedule is based on the percentage of time that has passed between the beginning and ending dates of the course and the drop date.
100% Refund - 12.50% of class completed
(approximately 6 days after start date for an 8-week class)
80% Refund - 25% of class completed
70% Refund - 31.25% of class completed
60% Refund - 43.75% of class completed
50% Refund - 56.25% of class completed
40% Refund - 62.50% of class completed
0% Refund - 62.60% of class completed
FINANCIAL AID
Student Loans and Grants
MEDT students may be eligible for Federal and State student aid when enrolled in six credits per semester. In order to determine eligibility, students must complete the FAFSA each year.
The FAFSA may be completed online. (St. Ambrose University's Title IV school code is 001889.)
