1.  Motion was made to approve the minutes from the September 12, 2000 EPC
meeting by K. Eitrheim, second by G. Bereskin. Motion passed.

2.  Moved by Bereskin, second by Herzig to approve the nursing pharmacology
course to be listed as Pharm 320. (The course is to be reviewed under the
auspices of the Nursing Department.) Motion passed.

3.  Moved by Haubrich, second by Herzig to approve the General Education
graduation requirements for "Skills" (Oral Communication, Information,
Literacy, Health and Physical Education, Written Communication, Foreign
Language and MAthematical Reasoning Skills) to be described in the 2001
catalog take effect with the 2003 catalog for THOSE STUDENTS WHO ARE NOT
ATTENDING SAU AS THEIR FIRST POST-SECONDARY INSTITUTION AND WHO TRANSFER 16 OR MORE SEMESTER HOURS OF CREDIT INTO SAU.  Motion Passed

4.  Moved by Herzig, second by Eitrheim to postpone program review for the
Political Science Department to Spring 2002.  Motion passed.

5.  Moved by M. Legg, second by Haubrich to approve renumbering of History
240 (History of Sports and Recreation) to History 140.  A short discussion
followed with Jon Stauff from the History and Geography Department. Motion
passed.

6.  Next meeting, October 10th, 3:15.

7.  Motion by Haubrich, second by Bereskin to adjourn at 3:40.  Motion passed.
