Each year, St. Ambrose welcomes international students, scholars and faculty from over 20 countries around the globe to our Midwest campus in Davenport, Iowa to pursue a bachelor, master or doctorate degree from one of our 90 programs and to teach.

The mission of the International Student Services is to facilitate the intellectual, ethical, and social development of St. Ambrose international students and scholars in order to enrich their own lives and the lives of others.

This is accomplished by providing the best services to the international students and scholars we currently have on campus, by recruiting the best-matched students and scholars for SAU and by facilitating the interaction between international and domestic students and scholars on campus. The International Student Services serves as advisor to and liaison between the international student and scholar and other departments on campus, faculty and sponsors.  We also provide support services for our international faculty and their dependents on our campus.

St. Ambrose is committed to a diverse campus and welcomes all international students, scholars and faculty to our campus. If you need assistance in any area please feel free to use our office as a resource.
