Guest Pass Form
Enter your information below and click the send button. This form must be filled out at least 48 hours in advance to receive your guest pass. (For weekend visitors, the form should be submitted by noon on Thursday.) The form will be emailed to your Hall Director for approval. Approved guest passes will be delivered through campus mail.
By submitting this form, you, the host, agree to the following conditions:
- Your guest must always carry their guest pass card and a photo ID.
- You are responsible for the behavior of your guest and for informing him/her of the SAU policies that can be found in the student code of conduct.
- You are expected to understand and abide by all university policies.
- You must escort your guest at all times when in the residence halls.
