The townhouses, built in 1990, are two story houses for preferred housing students. Each unit houses eight students and has a kitchen, common living area, four double bedrooms and two bathrooms. Total occupancy capacity is 104. Features of the townhouses include:

• Dressers, desks and bunked beds
