In this class we learn about building a team by actually building a team. Working primarily from the research and theory of Tuchman and Katzenbach and Smith, in five days we go through numerous exercises, activities, role plays, and frequent reflection to form a well functioning working group that is ready to exceed a client’s needs. The course is designed on a day by day basis to correspond  Tuchman five stages.
