My current scholarly interest is on improving leadership in organizational settings.  Specifically, I teach and research in the area of communication and leadership.  In the past, I studied the language of leadership, specifically the Drug Control Policies of President Ronald Reagan.  Currently, my efforts are spent teaching and discussing with organizations how they can improve their leadership communication.  I also enjoy teaching decision-making methods in organizations and how organizations can build and strengthen teams.  Feel free to contact me at the contact information above to discuss any of these interests.
