"There's something about Mary": Originally from a Chicago suburb, Mary loves coming back to travel to various high schools and college fairs in the Chicagoland area to talk to prospective students.

As an alum of St. Ambrose, Mary remembers the importance of finding the right college. Mary enjoys being a resource for prospective students to ask any questions concerning the university. You'll also find her incredibly charming, and using her favorite word, "stunning," all the time.

What I look for in a student: I am looking for students who are eager to immerse themselves in everything St. Ambrose has to offer. These can be anything. from clubs to activities to life long friendships. There are truly many different opportunities on this campus to mold your college experience into exactly what you want it to be.

What I like about my job: Everything!  I feel so fortunate to wake up every single day and meet new, prospective students and their families. I love being a resource for each student and guiding them in their college search.

My hobbies: Reading, playing in a women’s soccer league, training a girls soccer team, good conversations with friends and antiquing.

Most commonly asked question: Are you a student? What year are you? And Mary N.'s answer: I was a student, now I work here.
