A bit about Sarah:
Sarah is a natural born organizer… utilizing her Master's
degree in Leadership she organizes Iowa Private College
Week, Open houses and her travels throughout the state of
Iowa
She has enjoyed recruiting
in Northern Iowa, Chicago and now in the state capital
and all of the towns in between that lead her to Ambrose.
She makes a pit stop in Iowa City, her hometown, and drops
off her pride and joy, her daughter Grace, to see her
grandmother while visiting her alma mater Regina High
School to talk to students and tell them what a great fit
SAU could be for them: our Catholic tradition, community
service opportunities, and some of the top athletes in the
Midwest.
What I look for in a
student: I look
for a student who is willing to put all they have into
their college experience. After all, college is only the
best four years of your life if you make it that way.
What I like about my
job: I enjoy
meeting a diverse group of students and their families and
watching each student grow and change during their four
years on campus.
My hobbies:
Watching and playing a variety of sports, playing with my
dog Ginger and spending time with my family.
Connections to SAU:
I graduated from SAU in 2003 with my Master of
Organizational Leadership degree, and my grandfather
graduated from St. Ambrose.
Most commonly asked
question:
Where is St. Ambrose located?
And Sarah's answer:
In Davenport, Iowa.
