Bill Strenski - Football
Inducted into Hall of Fame in 1986
Bill Strenski played four years of football for the L.G. Friedrichs-coached
Bees from 1956 through 1959. During that time, the team had a record of 18-16-1.
He closed out his St. Ambrose career by being named to the All-Catholic Midwest
first team as both a guard and linebacker.
Strenski was also named to the NAIA Division 15 All-Star team on both offense
and defense after being voted the Most Valuable Player for the Bees.
Strenski graduated in 1960.
