Kathy Siebel - Softball

Inducted into Hall of Fame in 1987

Kathy Siebel was a standout pitcher on the softball diamond for the Bees from 1979-1982. She led the team all four years and had a record of 47-28. She struck out 175 while walking 164.

Siebel was voted most valuable player all four years. She led the first women’s athletic team to the State Championship in 1982 and went on to win two Regional Tournaments.

Siebel wasn’t just a star in college. In high school, she had a record of 128-36 and was named to the Iowa High School Hall of Fame.

Seibel graduated in 1982 with a degree in music education. Her number was retired when she graduated.
