Inducted into Hall of Fame in 1992
Kris Tudeen McKissick was a two-sport athlete for the Bees from 1982-1986.
She played basketball and volleyball.
She was a captain on the basketball team and a National Catholic Basketball
Tournament First Team All American. She also made the District 15 team two years
and was team MVP. During her time, the team had a combined record of 84-37 under
head coaches Ken Buckles and Lisa Bluder.
Her volleyball accomplishments were even more impressive. She was a team captain
and a four-year member of the District 15 team. She was also a three-time NAIA

In addition to her athletic accomplishments, McKissick was a standout in the

Education Club and the Kappa Delta Pi Honor Society in Education. She says she
doesn’t have one key memory but her time in school was a lot of fun and had so
many wonderful people.
