The St. Ambrose Fighting Bees ran into a buzz saw in the form of a hot St. Thomas team to finish up their southern swing. The Bobcats won the single game on Friday and swept the doubleheader on Saturday to drop the Bees' record to 2-7.

The Bees now head back north to take on St. Francis University in Joliet, Il. March 22 and 23.
