MCC Names Bryant Co-Player
of the Week
For the
third time this season, SAU's Andrew Bryant has been named Player of the
Week in the Midwest Classic Conference. This week, the senior forward
shares the award with Iowa Wesleyan's Jesse Hill.
Bryant had two outstanding games last week, which saw SAU go 1-1, losing
to William Penn, but defeating Ashford. Bryant recorded a double-double in
each game, while averaging 22 points, 10.5 rebounds, 1.5 assists, 2
blocks, and 1.5 steals. The Denison, Texas native also shot 65 percent
from the floor, while shooting 80 percent from the free throw line.
