Fighting Bees Win Conference
The Fighting Bees won the Midwest
Classic Conference tournament on Saturday by defeating William Penn 3-0 in
the finals. The men started the tournament as the #2 seed by posting a
10-8-2 record in the regular season.
The Bees began the post-season by
defeating Iowa Wesleyan 4-1 and then went on to defeat Viterbo also by the
score of 4-1. The championship victory over William Penn led the Fighting
Bees to their first conference championship in six years.
The men play in the NAIA regionals
on Tuesday, November 13.
