Coaching Staff Rich Blomgren begins his eighth season as head coach of the St. Ambrose Fighting Bees Men's Tennis Team. Rich took over the men's program in the spring of 1999. Rich is a graduate of Illinois State University, where he received a B.S. in Finance. While attending Illinois State, Blomgren played 4 years of varsity tennis for the Redbirds. After attending ISU, Rich received his M.A. in philosophy from DePaul University in Chicago. Blomgren has worked as a tennis professional in the Chicago area for twenty years. In addition to his duties as tennis coach, Blomgren serves as an instructor in the Philosophy Department at St. Ambrose. |
