Goetz Named Player of the Week

Junior Forward Jennifer Goetz has been a key to SAU's early season success. Monday, she was named Midwest Classic Conference Player of the Week for her performance last week. This is Goetz's first POW award this season. She earned the honor twice last year.

The Queen Bees went 2-0 last week, winning their sixth straight game in the process. In those two games, Goetz averaged 21 points, 6.5 rebounds, two assists, and one steal. Goetz also shot 51% from the field and 75% from the free throw line.
