Allison begins her third year at St. Ambrose in the 2006 season. Less attended Davenport North High School, where she played a major role on the winning the State Championship during her senior season. That year, Less was named 1st team all-state, as well as being named to the senior all-star team.

Before coming home to Davenport, Allison played four years at Elmhurst College, near Chicago. When her playing days were over, she remained with Elmhurst as an assistant coach for two seasons.

Now that she is back in the Quad-Cities, she says she is more comfortable because she feels at home. She likes the smaller city, and that she doesn't have to worry about traffic as much as she did the last several years.
