MORE>> Team Outlook The SAU men's and women's cross country teams are looking "retro" these days. Head Coach and former Fighting Bee harrier Dan Zeimet has brought the Bees back to the top of the Midwest Classic Conference, restoring the tradition of excellence in the program Last season the Queen Bees won their second straight conference title and sent two individuals to the NAIA Nationals in Louisville, Ken. Ashley Alvarez (Jr.) and Amber Hoffman (So.) represented the Bees at the Nationals after their outstanding performance at the NAIA Region VII Meet. The men also duplicated their finish from the previous year
and finished in second place. With a strong
group of incoming freshman joining the blossoming upperclassmen, the Bees
will make a strong case at the MCC Meet. |
