Athletic Eligibility for 2011-12

All St. Ambrose student-athletes are required to fill out various forms to be declared eligible for athletic competition.

- Athletic Training Forms - required for all SAU student-athletes

- 2011-12 Student-Athlete Information Sheet (online form) - required for all SAU student-athletes

- PlayNAIA.org - the official clearinghouse for NAIA eligibility - required for all student-athletes interested in playing sports at NAIA colleges for the first time in fall 2011 or later
