Evan Frazier (men's
outdoor track)
Frazier won the 100 and 200 meters at the Loras College Open and also led
the Bees' 4x200 relay to a seventh-place finish at the Drake Relays, SAU's best
finish at the Relays in that event in more than 45 years.

Tyler Norby (men's
outdoor track)
Norby won the Oshkosh Half-Marathon, finishing best of 516 runners and
hitting an NAIA B standard for qualification to nationals with a time of
1:14:13.

Dowjotas (men's volleyball player)
Dowjotas averaged 4.25 kills per set and finished with a .317 hitting
percentage to lead St. Ambrose to wins over Clarke and Cardinal Stritch last
week.
Tony Morrison (men's
outdoor track)
Morrison won the 110-meter hurdles at the Augustana (Ill.) College Spring
Opener with a time of 14.77 seconds, meeting the B standard for provisional
qualification to nationals.
Mandy Streu (women's
outdoor field)
Streu won both the shot put and discus throw at the Augustana Early Opener.
Her mark of 44-1.5 in the shot put is an NAIA A standard mark, qualifying her
for the outdoor national championships.

Erin O'Donnell (softball player)
O'Donnell hit .579 last week with 11 hits in 19 at bats over five games for
the Queen Bees. She scored five runs, doubled twice and drove in six runs as SAU
went 3-2 last week.
Zach Rohlf (baseball pitcher)
Rohlf went 2-0 last week with a pair of complete game wins, allowing six
hits over 14 innings while striking out 17 and walking one. He struck out 10 in
a win over Valley City State (N.D.) and gave up just two hits and struck out
seven in a win over Iowa Wesleyan.

Mike Kennedy
(men's basketball)
Kennedy averaged 17.7 points, 10.3 rebounds and 4.7 assists per game and
shot 54.8 percent from the field and 69.6 percent from the foul line as the Bees
swept three games to win the MCC Tournament.

Ebonie Butler
(women's indoor track)
Butler broke the school record in the 300 meters and also was part of
another school record in the 4x200 relay this past week for the Queen Bees. She
won both the 55 and 300 at the Ashford-Augustana-St. Ambrose Triangular.

Kennedy (men's basketball)
Kennedy averaged 25.5 points and 17.5 rebounds over two games last week,
shooting 51.5 percent from the field and 73.9 percent from the foul line as the
Bees won two more games to extend their winning streak to 12 games.

Dowjotas (men's volleyball player)
Dowjotas led the nation in kills per set last week averaging 4.57 and hit
.500 in three wins last week. The Westmont, Ill., product also averaged 1.14
digs per set.

Kennedy (men's basketball)
Kennedy averaged 18 points, seven rebounds and 3.5 assists per game while
shooting 68.2 percent from the field last week as the Bees won twice on the road
to wrap up the MCC regular season title and an automatic berth to the NAIA
Division II National Tournament.
Mandy Streu (women's
indoor field - MCC and NAIA)
Streu was named the MCC Field Athlete of the Year after winning her fourth
consecutive conference title in the shot put and finishing third in the weight
throw at the MCC Indoor Championships.

(men's volleyball setter)
Neuner helped St. Ambrose continue its winning ways last week with four wins
over ranked teams, including #2 Park, #4 Graceland, #5 Missouri Baptist and #8
Missouri Valley and post a perfect 11-0 record on the year.
Mandy Streu (women's
indoor field)
Streu won the shot put with a mark of 48-0.75 at the Jim Green Invitational,
an NAIA A standard and the top mark in the NAIA this year.

Ebonie Butler
(women's indoor track)
Butler won the 55- and 200-meter events at the Chicago Duals. Her time of
7.29 in the 55 meters meets the NAIA B standard, and she also won the 200 with a
time of 26.96.
Hayden Grove
(men's volleyball player)
Grove led St. Ambrose to victories over Grand View and Saint Xavier in three
sets last week. The senior slammed home an average of 4.3 kills per set in those
two matches and posted a hitting percentage of .400.
Danny Rufus (men's
indoor field)
Rufus won the weight throw and the shot put at the Chicago Duals and hit the
NAIA A standard with a throw of 56-11.25 (17.35m) in the weight throw. He also
won the shot put with a toss of 47-10.

Dan Dowjotas
(men's volleyball player)
Dowjotas averaged 3.67 kills per set last week for St. Ambrose and posted a
hitting percentage of .304 to lead #1 St. Ambrose to a perfect 5-0 record to
begin the 2012 season.
Annie Smith
(women's basketball)
Smith came off the bench to lead St. Ambrose in scoring and rebounding in
both games last week. She recorded her seventh and eighth double-doubles of the
year, averaging 20 points and 14.5 rebounds per game and shooting 59.3 percent
from the field.

Butler placed second in the 60-meter dash at the Purdue University
Invitational with a time of 7.95 seconds.
Ryan Giesemann (men's
indoor track)
Giesemann won his heat race and finished sixth overall in the 400 meters
with a time of 53.87 seconds at the Purdue Invitational.
Rachel Luehrs
(women's indoor field)
Luehrs was fifth in the long jump at the Purdue Invitational with a best
leap of 15-9.75 (4.82 meters).
Tony Morrison (men's
indoor field)
Morrison placed first in the long jump at the Purdue Invitational with a
personal-best mark of 20-6.5 (6.26 meters).

Donnelly (men's basketball)
Donnelly averaged 15.3 points and 6.7 rebounds per game in being named to
the Saint Xavier Midwest Holiday Classic all-tournament team and leading the
Bees to a second-place finish in the tourney. He shot 45.8 percent from the
field and 78.6 percent from the free throw line over three games for SAU.

Frazier averaged 22 points per game over three games and shot 92.6 percent
from the field, making 25-of-27 shots as the Bees went 1-2 last week. He also
shot 11-for-12 from 3-point range (91.7 percent).

Smith had 29 points and 20 rebounds, making 12-of-20 shots from the field in
the Queen Bees' loss to Olivet Nazarene on Saturday.

Kennedy had 23 points and 12 rebounds as the nationally-ranked Fighting Bees
defeated Hannibal-LaGrange in their season opener.

Ripslinger led the Queen Bees' defense to a 4-0 win over Ashford in the MCC
Tournament semifinals, advancing SAU to Wednesday's championship game against
Grand View.

Rockrohr had a goal and two assists last week as the Queen Bees defeated
Graceland in a non-conference game and then held off Waldorf in the MCC
Tournament quarterfinals.

Schroeder helped the Queen Bees hold Graceland and Waldorf to a combined one
goal last week, including a shutout of Waldorf in the MCC Tournament
quarterfinals.

Lisk finished fourth at the Fighting Bee Invite, the top finisher of all MCC
runners with a time of 20:18 in the 5K.

Rockrohr scored a pair of goals last week from her defender spot as the Queen
Bees won two of three games, including two wins in MCC play.

Briones came up with eight tackles, including a sack, intercepted a pass and
forced a fumble to help St. Ambrose win 17-9 at Grand View.

Klingler (football special teams)
Klingler helped St. Ambrose win the field-position battle in a 17-9 win at Grand
View. He averaged 46.0 yards over his four punts.

Kerry Hardiman (women's soccer defensive)
Hardiman picked up a shutout, making five saves as the Queen Bees defeated
Viterbo in overtime in a conference match on Saturday.
Tori Matzen (volleyball player)
Matzen recorded 54 kills over five matches last week and helped the Queen Bees
finish 4-0 in the St. Ambrose Fall Classic over the weekend.
Kailey Scott (volleyball setter)
Scott had 89 assists over five matches last week and was named to the
all-tournament team at the St. Ambrose Fall Classic.

England placed second individually with a two-day score of three-over par at
the UW-Green Bay Invitational, competing against golfers from seven NCAA

the 5K course.

(women's golf)
Frideres tied for 15th individually and had a hole-in-one to lead the Queen Bees
at the Illinois College Invitational this weekend.

Ripslinger (women's soccer defensive)
Ripslinger played on the defense as the Queen Bees lost a narrow 2-1 decision to
Robert Morris (Ill.), the #7 ranked team in the NAIA.
