Biology 321: Forest Biology
(aka North Carolina Trip)

Want to take a different kind of class? Want to see mountains and ocean? Interested in spending two weeks outdoors in spring, living what you're learning, and getting credit for it? Then consider applying for Biology 321, Forest Biology. The course meets once a week during the semester, then has a two-week field trip through North Carolina after the semester ends. We'll drive from Davenport to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, work our way across the state, and end up at Cape Hatteras on the Atlantic Ocean. One semester of college biology and a commitment to learning are the only prerequisites.
