As one of the eight departments in Student Services, Campus Recreation is an integral part of the St. Ambrose liberal arts tradition. The department promotes and coordinates campus-wide competitive and recreational sports, as well as aquatics, fitness, outdoor recreation, and wellness programs for all students and employees.  Events and programs enhance skills, foster life-long friendships, and teach the understanding of true sportsmanship while promoting healthy lifestyle choices.

The St. Ambrose University Department of Campus Recreation is a proud Institutional Member of the National Intramural-Recreational Sports Association.
