DIRECTIONS TO DANCE STUDIO
*Enter Lee Lohman through single set of double doors to far right of the main doors.  Immediately turn to your right and walk down hallway past racquetball courts and athletic training offices.  Dance Studio is on your right just before the stairs.


Class Descriptions:
  

ZUMBA!: 
Ditch the workout and join the party with Zumba Fitness, a revolution of latin-infused, caloric-burning dance moves that will trim your waistline and boost your energy level. We'll learn choreography to salsa, merengue, cumbia, reggaeton, and many more styles, while repeating these moves to both fiery latin rhythms and current popular music. Dance/aerobic shoes work best, but any tennis shoes (preferably with very little tread) will work, so get those hips shaking and get to Zumba!

Pilates/Lengthening: Pilates is a focused, non-impact exercise system that tones, stretches, and strengthens the body.  The mind-body exercises of Pilates will allow you to mobilize your body to move with maximum efficiency and minimum effort.  See you there!

ABs/Core Training:  If you want to trim that mid-section, use all forms of athletic ab/core training, pilates, and yoga training, the student will explore many new avenues that just might work for you!

Abs and Assets (8-8:30 am):  Looking for washboard abs, but find traditional crunches boring?  This 30-minute class utilizes many different moves to strengthen abdominal and back muscles as well as increases flexibility with stretching!

Trim and Tone: Obtain the consistencies of doing that full-body workout by attending this class.  Utilizing toning and strengthening exercises, and through the course of the semester, participants will work on increasing the number of repetitions of each exercise for firmer and more well defined muscles!

Strength and Conditioning: This class will take only the most dedicated participant through the workouts of the many styles of running, plyometrics, and weight training!

Cardio Kickboxing: 
An intense 1-hour workout including warm-up, work-out, and a cool-down.  Guaranteed to get your blood pumping and the sweat going, all the while enjoying every minute!
