Employers — Schedule of Events

Sign in at the employer registration table located at the main entrance. Career services staff members from each institution will be available to answer questions.

Employers Arrive
10:00 a.m.
Student assistance is available to carry in and set up display materials. The tables are arranged in alphabetical order with a few exceptions for electrical needs. A sign on each table will identify the employer's name. You are welcome to use your own sign.

Lunch
11:00 a.m.
A buffet lunch is available from 11:00 a.m. - noon. In addition, at 2:00 p.m., a refreshment cart will bring an afternoon treat to your booth!

Fair Session
12:00-4:30 p.m.
Students and alumni circulate among the tables.

Employers Dismantle Displays
4:30 p.m.
Some student assistance will be available. It is very important to stay until the end of the fair as some students have class until 3:30 p.m. and will not arrive at the fair until 4:00 p.m.
