Career Counseling and Inventories-
The
FOCUS
inventory helps you to define your values, interests, skills, and leisure
preferences. In addition, it allows you the opportunity to explore
different occupations while taking the inventory. CHOICES
PLANNER is another instrument available to students, staff, and
faculty. In order to take either inventories you must
call the Career Center to get your username and password.
Don't forget to make an appointment with a Career Counselor (333-6339) to
interpret your results
Job Shadowing Assistance - Job shadowing
gives you the opportunity to meet with a professional in your field of
interest for a half day or whole day and see exactly what they do. You will
have the opportunity to network with individuals as well as ask any
questions you might have about the field. If you are interested in doing a
job shadow, please call the Career Center at 333-6339
