Part-time Job Listings
Some of the job postings that are made with St. Ambrose are for
off-campus work in the surrounding community and the work may consist of
light yard work, house work, child care and tutoring. St. Ambrose
attempts to code job postings for personal care and housekeeping
positions so that only applicants who call the Career Center are given
additional information about the employer. However, for some of these
positions the employer may choose to disclose additional information in
the posting. Interested St. Ambrose students should contact the Career
Center to obtain more information and to submit their contact
information for when requests are submitted for these part-time
services. St. Ambrose provides a venue for the posting of these job
openings, but St. Ambrose does not participate in any employment
transactions or decisions. Although students submit information to the
Career Center with contact information for personal care and
housekeeping positions, St. Ambrose does not screen the applicants (it
is the employer's responsibility to conduct any screening) and St.
Ambrose makes no representations regarding any applicants. All employers
and applicants should independently verify any information related to
