CIDT: Our office
is located in Lower Cosgrove (next to the security desk)
and is open:
Monday-Thursday:
7:00 A.M. to 8:00 P.M.
Friday: 8:00 A.M. to 4:30 P.M.
Saturday:
9:00 A.M. to 3:00 P.M.
In our
office you'll find four high-performance PC’s that are
available for faculty use. Each one has the capacity to
capture, compress and edit video, create CDs, record
digital video or still pictures, create, edit, and
animate graphics, and more, with multimedia software
packages such as Adobe Premiere, Pagemaker,
Illustrator, Photoshop, LiveMotion, and
GoLive. Hardware available for use in the lab
includes flatbed scanners, two digital video cameras and
two digital cameras available for check-out, HP Laser
printers, and webcams with nondirectional microphones
for digital audio/video presentations.

All of us work to support Blackboard, the online course
management system at St. Ambrose, and can be contacted
by students or faculty for help with Blackboard or other
instructional technology questions.
