  1. In the User Management section of the Control Panel, click Manage Groups.
  2. Click the Add Group button.
  3. Enter a name in the Name box.
  4. Enter a description in the Description box.
  5. Select options in the Group Options section.
  6. Click the Submit button and click the OK button.
