Use the archive feature to clean up a Discussion Board that has too
many threads.
- In Discussion Board, click the forum name to access
the forum.
- Click Archives.
- Click the Add Archive. button.
- Enter a title for the archive in the Archive Title
box.
- Enter a description of the archive in the Description
box.
- Optional: Select whether you want to make the archive
available to students.
- Click the Submit button.
- Click the Modify button next to the archive you
created.
- In the Select threads in forum to move to archive
section, select the threads you want to archive.
- Click the Submit button and click the OK
button.
