College of Business Advisory Council

Mission Statement: The mission of the St. Ambrose University College of Business Advisory Council is to observe, advise and provide feedback on the curriculum, development, and to represent the College of Business in the broader community.

Purpose: To accomplish this mission, the Council will seek to consistently achieve the following purposes:

Review periodically the academic programming, organizational structures and managerial processes of the College of Business.
Provide the College of Business with feedback and counsel on proposed organizational changes and initiatives.
Act as a sounding board for the college of business programmatic, curricular and geographic expansion initiatives, through regular meetings and individual consultation.
Act as an ambassador for the College of Business in the broader business and/or education community.
Act as a resource for new faculty, staff and students.

The Advisory Council members offer advice to the dean and other college personnel on matters in which they seek counsel.
