In his more than 40 years as an entrepreneur and businessman, Michael Duffy has built and managed successful businesses and partnerships.  He has severed as a community leader, supporting a wide variety of civic, educational, and charitable causes in the Quad Cities area and throughout the State of Iowa.

Since 1977, Michael has served as the President & C.E.O. of Per Mar Security Services.  Established in 1953, Per Mar provides integrated security and fire alarm services, uniformed security officer services, investigative services, fire extinguisher and suppression services, and special event services.  The company’s home office is located in Davenport, Iowa, with 21 branch offices located throughout Iowa, Illinois, Wisconsin, and Minnesota.

Michael currently serves as the Managing Partner of several partnerships primarily involved in the development and management of commercial real estate. He also serves as V.P. Director of East Fork Biodiesel.

Michael has chaired and supported numerous local civic, educational, and charitable causes including:

·           Scott County YMCA – Board Member since 1994 - 2007

·           Rejuvenate Davenport – Co-Founder, 1987; Vice President and Executive Committee member

Michael holds a BA degree from St. Ambrose University.  He and his wife Linda have been married since 1973, have seven children ranging in age from 17 to 32 and live in Davenport.
