Kent Pilcher

President, Estes Construction

Kent Pilcher is an Owner of Estes Construction

and is responsible for all day-to-day operations.

Estes Construction annually employs in excess

of 150 employees, building commercial, industrial

and institutional projects in Eastern Iowa and North

Central Illinois.

Estes Construction is known for its adaptive project

delivery systems, learning culture and nationally-

recognized safety programs. Kent has been very active

in the community serving as a member or leader of a

number of Boards of Directors for community, industry

and educational organizations. He has a BA in both

Business and Economics from Coe College.
