Change Style Indicator® is an assessment instrument designed to measure your preferred style in approaching change and dealing with situations involving change. Your score on this instrument will place you on the change style continuum range. The three styles display distinct differences and preferences when approaching change.

DiSC® Classic Profile – A Personal Profile Assessment System uses a four-dimensional guide to human behavior that provides a personal success map for individuals who want to discover and capitalize on their strengths. The DiSC Profiles explore a range of behavioral topics anchored by Dominance, Influence. Conscientiousness and Steadiness. It can be used in a variety of training and coaching situations to improve performance, increase productivity and create an organization where people want to work.

MBTIMyers-Briggs Typology Indicator® (MBTI) assesses the personality styles of an individual and helps co-workers to understand each other’s differences. By assessing how information is received, how decisions are made and how attention is focused, MBTI can be used for personal effectiveness, team building, leadership and customer service.

MBTIMyers-Briggs Typology Indicator – Step II® (MBTI Step II) helps people more fully understand their unique type qualities as revealed by the twenty facets measured by the MBTI. This program helps explain why two people with the same preferences can behave so differently.  Can be used in team development, management/leadership development, coaching, individual, learning styles, and more.

Text Box: SCIDOrganization Assessment is used to develop curriculum and instructional materials needed for workforce training. It is also effective for occupational and conceptual analysis.

Strength Deployment Inventory® (SDI) is a proven, memorable tool for improving team effectiveness and reducing the costs of conflict. It is based on Relationship Awareness — a learning model for effectively and accurately understanding the motive behind behavior. When people recognize the unique motivation of themselves and others, they greatly enhance their ability to communicate more effectively and handle conflict more productively.

TKIThomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument® helps participants understand how different conflict-handling styles affect personal and group dynamics. Participants can then select the most appropriate style for a given situation.
