Myers-Briggs Typology Indicator® (MBTI) assesses the personality styles of an individual and helps co-workers to understand each other’s differences. By assessing how information is received, how decisions are made and how attention is focused, MBTI can be used for personal effectiveness, team building, leadership and customer service.

Typology Indicator – Step II® (MBTI Step II) helps people more fully
understand their unique type qualities as revealed by the twenty facets
measured by the MBTI. This program helps explain why two people with the
same preferences can behave so differently. Can be used in team
development, management/leadership development, coaching, individual,
learning styles, and more.
Organization Assessment is used to develop curriculum and instructional materials needed for workforce training. It is also effective for occupational and conceptual analysis.

improving team effectiveness and reducing the costs of conflict. It is
based on Relationship Awareness — a learning model for effectively and
accurately understanding the motive behind behavior. When people
recognize the unique motivation of themselves and others, they greatly
enhance their ability to communicate more effectively and handle
conflict more productively.
Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument® helps participants understand how different conflict-handling styles affect personal and group dynamics. Participants can then select the most appropriate style for a given situation.
