Jennifer has been in the Training and Development industry for over 15 years.  Prior to coming to St. Ambrose University, Jennifer supervised adult education programs in Minnesota and directed a pre-employment training program in eastern Iowa that included a partnership with manufacturing companies and the Eastern Iowa Community College District.  Jennifer's previous work experience also includes working in the banking and health care industries.  She currently sits on the board of directors for the Quad Cities Professional Development Network.

Previously, Denise served as President of the Davenport School Board, was a member of the City of Davenport Levee Commission, a member of the steering committee for Festival of Trees, and has been very active holding offices in the National and State PTA, Scouts.  Denise has done training for many organizations in the Quad Cities area. Some of these organizations include Quad City Bank and Trust, MidAmerican Energy, Alcoa, Orthopedic and Rheumatology Associates, Rock Valley Physical Therapy, Rock Island Arsenal, Army Corps of Engineers, Ridgecrest Village, Bettendorf Chamber Leadership Congress, Clarke College in Dubuque, and the City of Davenport.
