St. Ambrose University Dance Team would like to invite you to attend the upcoming tryout to fill positions for the Fall 2008 / Spring 2009 school year.

Saturday, February 23 - starting at 9 a.m.

St. Ambrose University
Lee Lohman Arena (Dance Studio)
518 W. Locust St., Davenport Iowa

Attire
Dance clothes - Be able to move (no street wear)
Prefer jazz pants and jazz/dance sneaker shoes.

  • Kicks (Right/Left sides)
  • Turns:
    • Double Pirouettes (Right/Left sides)
    • Triple Pirouettes (Right/Left sides)
    • Pique (Right/Left sides)
    • Fuette Combo
  • Leaps:
    • Straight (Right/Left sides)
    • Center (Right/Left sides)
    • Switch (Right/Left sides)
    • Axel (Right/Left sides)
    • Calipso (Right/Left sides)
  • Learn short routine
    • Perform routine in small groups
