DBA Program Structure
The DBA Program requires 48 credits in the following areas:

The DBA is in Management and specifically encompasses the organization sciences which include: Organizational Behavior, Human Resource Management, Strategic Management and Organizational Theory.
Students take 12 courses in the following areas:

3 Research Methods Courses | Provide students the tools to design research studies and analyze data. |

4 Readings Seminars | Cover the major topics in the fields of organizational behavior, human resources, strategic management, and organization theory. |

1 Case Research Course | Focus on helping students analyze organizational cases and developing abilities to research and write case studies. |

4 Special Topics Courses | Allow for in-depth study of a particular area in the field of organizational behavior, human resources, strategic management, and organizational theory. |
Upon completion of their course work, students take both written and oral comprehensive exams.
Upon completion of comprehensive exams, students begin their dissertations.
