Kappa Delta Pi
Would you like to join an organization whose members have included Jean Piaget, Eleanor Roosevelt, and Albert Einstein? Do you enjoy working hard to make a difference in the field of education? Kappa Delta Pi might just be the organization for you!
Kappa Delta Pi welcomes students actively pursuing teaching as a career. An honorary educational association, Kappa Delta Pi designed to promote excellence in the field of education. Members have the opportunity to participate in education-related service projects, enjoy the company of colleagues in the education profession, and receive valuable publications and scholarship opportunities.
Students must be fully-admitted into the Teacher Education Program to qualify for admission to Kappa Delta Pi. A St. Ambrose University cumulative GPA of at least 3.25, and recommendations from a faculty member and a current member of Kappa Delta Pi, are also required.

Student Chapter of the Council for Exceptional Children - Chapter 266
The Council for Exceptional Children (CEC) is an international organization whose mission is to improve educational outcomes for individuals with exceptionalities.
Students at SAU, whether preparing to enter the teaching profession or a related field, are invited to become members of our student chapter of CEC.
