The Health Service requests that all students submit health forms to our office.  Please know that this information will be kept confidential and is only available to the staff in the Health Service office unless a written release is signed by the student. Click here for health form.

Summary of Services

• Assessment of illness or injury with referral to appropriate health care provider whenever necessary

• Dispense non-prescription medications

• Crutches available

• Dispense/disposal of sharp container

• Free pregnancy testing

• Provide Hepatitis B vaccinations (for a fee)

• Blood pressure screenings

• Bloodborne pathogen training

• Supports and provides educational health programs

• Resources are available both on-line and in the Health Service office on various health-related topics

• Annual Flu Clinic

• Meningitis information and referral for vaccination
