This page was designed with two ideas in mind. It should concentrate on the ideas and thinking of the owner and there should be few distractions. These lead to the simple form of the page.

While it is true that a picture can be worth a thousand words, it is also true that a picture can represent a great distraction. Don't misunderstand, I love pictures. In fact, I use them extensively in my lectures. An excellent math teacher I once encountered said, 'If you can't draw a picture of it, you don't understand it.' I believe this is true. However, the words on this page are intended to paint their own pictures and so do not need additional support.
