Upon declaring a major in Political Science or Public Administration, all students are requested to fill out this ENTRANCE SURVEY. Upon completing the major they are asked to fill out this EXIT SURVEY. 

[Note that survey forms are in a Word Document. If you cannot access them, please notify Dr. Parsons at parsonswilliamw@sau.edu so that he can get you a hard copy.]

Please take your time with these surveys. They provide great assistance to us in evaluating the strengths and weaknesses of our department.
