Track I, Phase B APPLICATIONS
for the class that begins
fall 2011 application deadline is December 15, 2010.
TRACK I, Phase A (high
school seniors) application deadline is February 15, 2011.
Persons applying
for this option will enter St. Ambrose as freshmen in the
fall of 2011 and the professional phase of the Doctor
of Physical Therapy program in the fall of 2014.
Track II / III
applicants must
apply through the
Physical Therapist Centralized
Application Service (PTCAS).
Application deadline is December 15. See instructions
