Transition Doctor Of Physical Therapy Degree
Course Requirements
Courses required to obtain the Transition DPT degree for SAU MPT alumni and graduates of other accredited programs are summarized
below. In conjunction with
the application procedure, a portfolio review will be conducted. Once accepted into the
Transition DPT program students will work with their advisor to develop
their individual plan of study.

| *Prerequisite of
DPT 830 is that all other courses except DPT 850 must be taken before this course.
It is suggested that students take courses in the sequential order listed
above. All students are expected to have completed all course
work before beginning their integration project, unless special permission
has been obtained in advance of registration. Students are allowed
up to 5 years to complete the Transition DPT degree from the date of
initial enrollment in classes unless special permission is obtained for an
extension. NOTE: Students not yet admitted
into the program may take or transfer no more than six (6) credit hours as a
non-degree seeking student, based upon class availability and approval of
the course instructor. |
