How
do I adjust my schedule for an upcoming semester?
Your advisor must approve any adjustment to your
schedule (with the exception of a change in course
section). If you
have any questions about your course choices during the
registration period we strongly encourage you to consult
with your advisor. On Beeline you will only be able to
add classes, all drops must be processed following
advisor approval in the Records and Registration Office.
How
can I find out what courses are available each semester?
In order to check for course availability, we recommend
that you use the Beeline.
What
happens to Incomplete ("I" or “X”) Grades?
If a student receives an “I” or “X”, the course
must be completed by the pre-arranged date made with the
instructor of the course or by the end of the first 10
weeks of the next semester.
A grade of “F” will be assigned if these
deadlines are not met.
How
is a grade changed?
The instructor must submit a written "grade
change" form, with the appropriate approvals. When
an approved grade change is received by the Records and
Registration Office, the new grade is posted to the
student's academic record. A student can view her or his
grades on Beeline where a new grade will replace the
original grade.
How
can I obtain a copy of my son or daughter's grades?
The
university does not release grades to parents unless the
student has completed a written request to do so.
This request is term specific, and must be
completed for each term they would like grades sent to
the parents. Students have access to their semester
grades on the web using Beeline and can share this
information if they so choose.
