Main campus, full-time undergraduate students do not need to apply to have their name on the dean's list. Students taking fewer than 12 undergraduate credits in a single term, ACCEL and MOT undergraduate students need to apply.

Dean’s list recognition is only awarded during the spring and fall terms.  Part-time students must complete a block of 12 undergraduate credits or more with a GPA of 3.5 or above.

Forms submitted after December 14, 2007 for the fall 2007 dean’s list, or after May 10, 2008 for the spring 2008 dean’s list will be reviewed for dean’s list recognition on transcripts, but may be too late for publication in the newspaper or to receive a letter of recognition.
