Re-admit
Process
Students
that previously attended classes at St. Ambrose and
left the university for any length of time must be re-admitted
to the university in order to resume taking courses. The
re-admit application is below in a PDF format. To
view PDFs, you must have Adobe
Acrobat, which you can download for free.
Please
complete this form and return it to the Records &
Registration office, 1st Floor Ambrose Hall. For your
