Cosgrove Hall, a six story facility built in 1969, offers four floors of residence hall suite-style living for freshman men and women. Two rooms are joined by a bathroom. Rooms are double occupancy. Total occupancy capacity is 224. Features include:

The Arnold Meyer lounge is based in Cosgrove's lower level, as well as a 24-hour computer lab and multi-media lab. 

The campus cafeteria is located on the first floor.
