Committees
Internal Affairs:
Caitlin McCarthy, Chair
Responsible for maintaining the Constitution, the facilitation of
elections, planning the SGA and faculty/staff dinner, and hosting
socials among SGA; also has CAB/SGA and RA/SGA liaisons to communicate
to the groups.
Public Relations: Meghan Baley, Chair
Responsible for the publicity of SGA events and
activities, having a Technical Coordinator that maintains the webpage,
and a Deputy Secretary to publish SGA happenings.
Student Concerns: Katie Harrington, Chair
Responsible for planning "Open Mic Night",
attaining student discounts, and addressing general student concerns;
also has an Off Campus liaison which updates a bulletin board and is the
voice for off campus students.
Community Committee: Lisa Wiggers, Chair
Responsible for issues pertaining to the
wellbeing of the University i.e. organizing SGA's participation with
Taste of Ambrose; includes a Facilities Coordinator, Spiritual
Ambassador, and Community Service Coordinator.
Finance Committee: Bridget Rohan, Chair
Responsible for working with clubs/organizations on money requests and to keep a detailed report of such money requests in an organized manner.
