Persons wishing to pursue the Special
Education Consultant program
must meet the following requirements:
- Possess a Master's Degree in
Special Education in an endorsement area listed under rule 15.2(272), or,
- Possess a Master's Degree in
another area of Education PLUS an endorsement in at least one special education instructional area.
- Meet the requirements of the license area.
- Have four years of successful teaching, two of which must be in the
license area. Need letter from school administrator confirming
experience.
