e-Refunds
As a benefit to students, SAU offers e-refunds for student payroll and credit balance refunds from their student account. This allows SAU to make a deposit on your behalf of monies owed to you to the banking institution of your choice. Please follow the directions below to take advantage of this benefit.
Setting up E-REFUNDS on the Beeline:
1. Login to Beeline with your student ID and password
2. Click on the Student menu
3. Click Bank Information (U.S) (link listed under Financial Information)
4. Enter Routing Number
5. Enter Bank Account Number
6. Select Account Type
7. At “Receive Payment Advice Via” select “E-mail” (email notifications/advices will ONLY be sent to SAU email addresses)
8. Effective Date = Current day’s date
Don’t forget to read and click “I agree” to the Terms and Conditions.
